Social & Inclusive Banking being the driving force of the Bank, welfare of its owners, borrowers and large number of investors who are the Daily Heroes of Indian Railways is a natural outcome.

The principal sponsor of this Fund is Indian Railways and the quantum of support is linked with disbursements of loans from the Bank to Railway employees in the jurisdiction of Darjeeling Himalayan Railways, East Central Railway, Eastern Railway, Metro Railway (Kolkata) & North East Frontier Railway.

Apart from providing holiday homes and guest houses at concessional rates, several initiatives are underway to add value to the membership through welfare programs and activities with the sole objective of economic & social welfare of the members.
