One of the key objectives of the bank is to support the financially excluded members of the Indian Railways located in far-flung and remote areas in the vast Railway network of Darjeeling Himalayan Railways, East Central Railway, Eastern Railway, Metro Railway Kolkata & North East Frontier Railway.
It is often a challenge to meet our Shareholders because of the low connectivity as they work on new railway lines and reconstruct older ones. We try our best with a network of Camp Offices supported by dedicated workers in an effort to address the last mile connectivity.
We have a single Personal Loan product with two variants, depending on whether the salary account is with our Bank or elsewhere, with a marginal difference in pricing between the two.

Our lending in this category is restricted to overdrafts against terms deposits placed with the Bank and is open to general public. For senior citizens located within reach of our branch and camp offices, we would be happy to provide non-cash home banking services.
